 Weston & Sampson is rapidly expanding and is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to work hybrid or remotely on layout and design of print and digital assets for proposals, marketing, business development, and project work.

 What you'll do:

• Assist the Marketing and Business Development teams with graphic design for:
  • Proposals
  • Presentations and posters
  • Advertisements
  • Brochures, flysheets, and other print collateral
• Assist in the creation of online design elements for:
  • Website content
  • Social media
  • E-blasts and Webinars
• Perform other related duties as required.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic or visual design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in design.
• Strong design portfolio with a variety of project types.
• Exceptional graphic communications skills; ability to visualize, simplify, and communicate complex information.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills, with a particular emphasis on proofreading and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
• Knowledge of additional design software, and basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with virtual collaboration software such as Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Salary Range: $60,000-65,000k
